Returns Policy

Please fill out the RMA form.  An RMA number needs to be issued by BobberCycle before any items are returned.

You may return most new, unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Any customized items, or items with customer special request, will be not accepted for return or exchange. Return labels are not provided. Return shipping cost are not covered. Shipping cost is non refundable. BobberCycle will NOT be held responsible for shipping costs, damages or claims resulting from the return. All goods must have adequate insurance coverage and tracking numbers. If shipping damages occur, BobberCycle is not liable for the delay in service due to these discrepancies. Special Order items are non-returnable unless defective.

Once issued an RMA # simply ship the item(s) back. Include a printed copy of your order in the box.  Please write the RMA# on the outside of the box. 

You should expect to receive your refund within (5 to 10 business days) of receiving the product back in our hands.
